The Highlands Merchants Association is a vibrant and active organization of business owners along 32nd Avenue and in the vicinity. We stage a number of events during the year, including the Annual Highlands Street Fair in June and the Annual Highlands Wine Tasting in October. We operate as a non profit; proceeds from events go towards advertising and promotion of the neighborhood, as well as gifting to about 14 local charities. Additionally, we share information about current events in the neighborhood, brainstorm on marketing strategies, and often have visits from our local police and councilman.
Membership in the Highland Merchants Association is $10 a month ($120 for the whole year payable in June for the period July 1 through June 30). These dues can be pro-rated at $10 per month for new members (so if you joined in April, it would be $30 for the remainder of this fiscal year. New members must attend a monthly meeting and be voted in by the membership.
Merchant Association Meetings are the first Tuesday of each month
at 9 a.m. at Highlands Garden Cafe, 3927 W. 32nd St., Denver, Co 80212.
